Is this really one visit?
Yes. 3 hours on-site covers photos, horizontal tour, and vertical reel — shot back-to-back so there's no second trip or scheduling headache.
How should I prep for a longer shoot?
Same as any photo/video day: lights on, blinds open, fully tidied. For 3 hours on-site, plan around anyone living in the home — or arrange for the seller to be out.
When is everything delivered?
Photos within 24 hours, both videos within 48 hours — all via Dropbox.
Can I request revisions on the videos?
One round of revisions per video is included — music swaps, pacing adjustments, or scene tweaks. Just reply to the delivery email with your notes.
